Reconstruction:Proto-Finnic/turpëda
Proto-Finnic
Etymology
Unknown, but apparently contains the suffix *-ëda. If *turbot'ak were an old derivative, a root *turpa- appears more likely than *turpe-, which would have yielded *turbut'ak.
Adjective
*turpëda[1]
