Young Nick's Head

Etymology
Named after the British cabin boy Nicholas Young by James Cook, captain of HMS Endeavour, as a reward for sighting the headland on 6 October 1769. It is unclear whether Young refers to Nicholas's young age or to his surname, or is a combination of both.
