bradyphrenia (countable and uncountable, plural bradyphrenias)

  1. (neurology) The slowness of thought common to many disorders of the brain. Disorders characterized by bradyphrenia include Parkinson's disease, punch drunk syndrome, normal pressure hydrocephalus, forms of schizophrenia, and drug-induced states.
