Possibly from cah(ë) +‎ -is (verbative suffix). Budi uses the adjective derived from past participle ...ō aq i cahisunë e j lazënuom jashtë friket e tmērje cë Tinëzot (...is so pride-inflated and spoiled with no fear or dread from his God). [1]
