chambreur m (plural chambreurs)

1. (during pasteurisation) the compartment in which a product (e.g. syrup) is held to maintain its temperature after heating; a holding tube

     The term "chamberer" is not exact & does not give, like the corresponding English, American, or Danish words - which are untranslatable - the true meaning that one should expect; we will use it nevertheless for lack of an alternative.
