- (law) One of two or more people accused of the same offence
- 1975, The Army Lawyer, page 40:
- If the government's theory is that the accuseds all engaged in forcible sexual intercourse and one of the coaccuseds is willing to testify about the prior consensual intercourse, defense counsel should offer such evidence to support an argument of consent and mistake of fact.
