      This organisation has worked with the Finno-Ugric languages and life since the latter half of the 1800s, and indeed in the beginning of the 1900s, persuant to the organisation, the idea of standardising the phonetic writing of the Finno-Ugric languages was born, including also Sámi, so every letter, along with a possible diacritical mark (see later), has a suitable phonetic value.
