- Två av tre högt uppsatta Attendo-anställda dömdes i tingsrätten för brott mot lagen om meddelarskydd för att ha delat ut en skriftlig anmärkning mot vårdbiträdet efter att hon i Expressen påpekat upplevda missförhållanden på äldreboendet. I september 2023 slog hovrätten fast att de genom varningen bröt mot lagen om meddelarskydd.
- Two out of three senior Attendo employees were convicted in the district court for violating the law on whistleblower protection after issuing a written reprimand to the care assistant who had pointed out perceived misconduct at the nursing home in an Expressen article. In September 2023, the Court of Appeal ruled that the warning violated the law on whistleblower protection.
