Mungkin + -kah forms an interrogative sentence "Is it possible..?" as in mungkinkah anda menolongku?, "Is it possible for you to help me?". Mungkin preceded by an adjective prefixed by se- forms adverbial phrase "as [..] as possible" as in sebesar mungkin, "as big as possible", secepat mungkin, "as fast/soon as possible".
