oväsen
Swedish

- Now you'll have to stop making noise!
Usage notes
- Often used with föra. Att föra oväsen means to make (unpleasant) noise.
- Often considered more negative than väsen, which can have either neutral or negative connotations. In other words, if a festival causes oväsen, it is considered disturbing, whereas causing väsen could either be disturbing or merely noticeable.
