From Chamic; compare with Eastern Cham ꨤꨯꨟꨱꨥ (lamauw), ꨤꨪꨯꨟꨱꨥ (limauw), Malay lembu, Acehnese leumo and Western Cham lemou.[1] The common Bahnaric term for "cow, ox" was *-rok.
