    • 1995, Wine & Spirits, volume 14, page 42:
      When a customer comes in and they know they like wine, they know they want to have a red wine, you can't start jammering on in winese. At a lot of restaurants in the past, there was a lot of this pretense, people speaking to impress their guests rather than to inform them.
