Android how to make a http request to get image link for ImageView

Question

how to make a http request to get image link: http://vec03.maps.yandex.ru/tiles?l=map&v=2.20.0&x=19783&y=10320&z=15 to be able to add to ImageView

Please help, I'm not good in web development.

URL url = new URL(imageUrl);
HttpURLConnection connection  = (HttpURLConnection) url.openConnection();

InputStream is = connection.getInputStream();
Bitmap img = BitmapFactory.decodeStream(is);  

imageView.setImageBitmap(img );
