You can use the following methods..
Intent i = new Intent(Intent.ACTION_SEND);
i.setType("message/rfc822");
i.putExtra(Intent.EXTRA_EMAIL  , new String[]{"recipient@example.com"});
i.putExtra(Intent.EXTRA_SUBJECT, "subject of email");
i.putExtra(Intent.EXTRA_TEXT   , "body of email");
try {
     startActivity(Intent.createChooser(i, "Send mail..."));
} catch (android.content.ActivityNotFoundException ex) {
Toast.makeText(MyActivity.this, "There are no email clients installed.", Toast.LENGTH_SHORT).show);
}
and follow the link
Add Mail.java (class)... i use this example...

public void setSubject(String subj) {

public void setFrom(String string) {
    // TODO Auto-generated method stub
    this._from= string;
}
public void setTo(String[] toArr) {
    // TODO Auto-generated method stub
    this._to = toArr;
}
  // more of the getters and setters …..
}
Then from activity for example to send mail do just ...
public void SendMail() {
    Context context = getApplicationContext();
    Mail m = new Mail("MAIL_ADDRESS@gmail.com", "PASSWORD");
    String[] toArr = {GetMailAddress()}; //address to send
    m.setTo(toArr);
    m.setFrom("MAIL_ADDRESS@gmail.com");
    m.setSubject("SUBJECT");
    m.setBody("BODY");
    try {
        String path = "/mnt/sdcard/xxxx";
         File fileDir = new File( path );
         if(!fileDir.exists() || !fileDir.isDirectory())
         {
             return;
         }
         String[] _files = fileDir.list();
         for ( int i = 0 ; i < _files.length ; i++  )
         {
               _files[i] = path + "/"+ _files[i];
         }
      m.addAttachment(_files[0]);
      if(m.send()) {
    //    Toast.makeText(context, "Email was sent successfully.", Toast.LENGTH_LONG).show();
        File fileIn = new File(_files[0]);
        boolean deletedIn = fileIn.delete();
      } else {
     //   Toast.makeText(context, "Email was not sent.", Toast.LENGTH_LONG).show();
      }
    } catch(Exception e) {
   //   Toast.makeText(context, "There was a problem sending the email.", Toast.LENGTH_LONG).show();
    }
}

    You can send using Intent like this
 Intent email_intent = new Intent(Intent.ACTION_SENDTO, Uri.parse("mailto:"));
 email_intent.putExtra(android.content.Intent.EXTRA_SUBJECT, "subject");
 email_intent.putExtra(android.content.Intent.EXTRA_TEXT,"Your Mail Body");
 startActivity(email_intent);
And using the JavaMail API using Gmail authentication check this one is useful to you.
