});
$routeProvider.when("/home", {
    templateUrl: "home.html",
    controller: "HomeController"
});
$routeProvider.otherwise({ redirectTo: '/home'});
});
app.controller("HomeController", function($scope) {
    $scope.title = "Home";
});

<div>
<p>Welcome to the {{ title }} Page</p>
</div>
When i go on the home.html page, my header, nav and footer are not appearing.
