I am able to get the SUCCESS Value by using this block of code
using (var streamReader = new StreamReader(httpResponse.GetResponseStream()))
{
    var result = streamReader.ReadToEnd();
    var deserializer = new JavaScriptSerializer();
    var jsonObj = (IDictionary<string, object>)deserializer.DeserializeObject(result); ;
    Response.Write((string)jsonObj["SUCCESS"]);
}
