If each MatchCode group will always have only two records, then you can use the MIN and MAX along with a GROUP BY:
SELECT MatchCode, MIN(TransferId) AS TransferId1, MAX(TransferId) AS TransferId2
FROM yourTable
GROUP BY MatchCode
