I have some code that i'm working on. I'm using a flex container and I cant figure out how to prevent a smaller screen size from shrinking all my fields so much.
var crsdesc; //var for new window
function popup(mylink) {
  if (!window.focus) return true;
  var href;
  if (typeof(mylink) == 'string')
    href = mylink;
  else
    href = mylink.href;
  crsdesc = window.open(href, 'crsdesc', 'width=420,scrollbars=yes');
  crsdesc.creator = self;
  return false;
}
function toggleMacAddressHint(element) {
  var wired = document.getElementById('wired');
  var wireless = document.getElementById('wireless');
  if (element.options[element.selectedIndex].value == "WIRED") {
    wireless.style.display = 'none';
    wired.style.display = 'block';
  } else if (element.options[element.selectedIndex].value == "WIRELESS") {
    wired.style.display = 'none';
    wireless.style.display = 'block';
  } else {
    wireless.style.display = 'none';
    wired.style.display = 'none';
  }
}
function DropDownChanged(theDropDown) {
  var theTextBox = theDropDown.form.elements["device_other"];
  if (theTextBox) {
    theTextBox.style.display = (theDropDown.value == "") ? "" : "none";
    if (theDropDown.value == "")
      theTextBox.focus();
  }
}
function checkvalue(theDropDown) {
  if (theDropDown.value === "others")
    document.getElementById('device_other').style.display = 'block';
  else
    document.getElementsByName('device_other').style.display = (theDropDown.value == "") ? "" : "none";
}
function showfield(name) {
  if (name == 'Other') document.getElementById('div1').innerHTML = '<input type="text" name="other" />';
  else document.getElementById('div1').innerHTML = '';
}
function FormSubmit(theForm) {
  var theDevice = theForm.elements["device"];
  var theDropDown = theForm.elements["device_select"];
  var theTextBox = theForm.elements["device_other"];
  if (theDevice && theDropDown && theTextBox)
    theDevice.value = (theDropDown.value == "") ? theTextBox.value : theDropDown.value;
