Contact form not working in own website but same code working in 000webhost

Question

I have created contact form in PHP, the code is listed below

The above code working fine in 000webhost where as when I uploaded into my own website it is not working and showing following error.

I confused whats wrong in the cPanle Is there any thing I need change in the website cPanel settings or any other suggestion would be appreciated.
