I've searched all over and cannot find a resolution. Here is my code:
 var express    = require("express");
 var mysql      = require('mysql');
 var connection = mysql.createConnection({
   host     : 'localhost',
   user     : 'root',
   password : 'pass',
   database : 'mysql_db',
   port: 3306
 });
 var app = express();
 connection.connect(function(err){
 if(!err) {
     console.log("Database is connected ... \n\n");
 } else {
     console.log("Error connecting database ... \n\n");
 }
 });
 app.listen(3306, 'localhost');
I'm running it using the command "nodemon server.jsx" and I get the error:
Error: listen EACCES 127.0.0.1:3306

Can anyone please help me?
