Is it possible to overload keywords in Python?

Question

Is it possible to overload the meaning of different keywords in Python? I'd like to implement my own version of if and for etc.

You can implement custom behavior of objects in response to most operators though, including *truthiness* and iteration behavior. So why modify keywords? — deceze, Nov 23 '19 at 20:16

No it is not possible in any way*. You can only overload the behavior of operators, such as +, ==, and [].
