nextLine here reads the rest of the line first according to the docs, so you need another call to nextLine.

Scanner sc = new Scanner(System.in);
int t = sc.nextInt();
sc.nextLine(); // added
String s = sc.nextLine();
String[] arr = s.split(" ");
