I'm trying to prase the Json data to model class in Flutter. but i'm getting "Flutter FormatException: Unexpected character" Error

That JSON is indeed invalid. You can't have `{...}{...}` = i.e. two Objects in a row. What's the source of this invalid JSON? — Richard Heap, Dec 26 '21 at 16:56

Your json is invalid. Json should have a root. It could be an array element for example

    "question": "Test question"

  .....
  {
    "0": {
      "inserted": "1"
    },

]

and plus it should have comma " , " between objects
