How do i solve a Doctrine\DBAL\Driver\PDOException : SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory - Laravel problem?

Question

I'm using a php7.4 and I get this error whenever I try any of the artisan code error image.

Here's my config/database.php
