I migrate to Heroku Postgres with
module.exports = {
    async up(queryInterface, Sequelize) {
        await queryInterface.createTable('users', {
            id: {
                allowNull: false,
                autoIncrement: true,
                primaryKey: true,
                type: Sequelize.INTEGER,
                onDelete: 'CASCADE'
            },
            username: {
                allowNull: false,
                type: Sequelize.STRING
            },
            email: {
                allowNull: false,
                unique: true,
                type: Sequelize.STRING
            },
            password: {
                allowNull: false,
                type: Sequelize.STRING
            },
            created_at: {
                allowNull: false,
                type: Sequelize.DATE
            },
            updated_at: {
                allowNull: false,
                type: Sequelize.DATE
            }
        })
    },
    async down(queryInterface, Sequelize) {
        await queryInterface.dropTable('users')
    }
}
and Heroku logs an error saying that the table 'Users' does not exist.
So I changed 'users' for 'Users'...
In Heroku Postgress... appears the table in lowercase and finally, I receive the request
