I don't know this is not echoing the "Hello world" in the php tags inside the html here.

          <span class="copyright">Copyright &copy; ... 2023</span>
<h1>blah<?php echo "Hello World"; ?></h1>
<h1> hello </h1>
        </div>

1. Make sure php is configured properly. 2. extension for the file is .php this usually solves most of the cases. – Suchandra T Apr 06 '23 at 17:54
