I am associated with Casepoint Private Limited for 8 years with total of 9.5 years of work experience. My current role is Project Manager in Case point (eDiscovery domain) and working on mainly Project/Product/People Management with Agile and SCRUM methodology.

Core Responsibilities

• Assists with the elaboration of Epics, Themes and Features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint.
• To work on the specific project assigned to ensure proper coordination and completion of those projects.
• To compile data and information relevant to the project and assist in the documentation of the proposal, make presentation, etc.
• Create project plans, establish timelines.
• Report on progress and provide regular updates to upper management.
• To constantly monitor and track the progress of the project and maintain all the relevant work details in the form of reports.
• Work with other departments to ensure that project objectives are achieved within established timeframes.
• To ensure that the project is completed satisfactorily adhering to the requirements mentioned in the contract.
• Administer working of project team in all phases of projects.
• Monitor & response business requests during off hours.
• Adhere to the procedures of the organization.

• Provide feedback to improve processes & project management methodologies.
• Identify human resources needs and request to HR.

• Authorized to make all the decision related to all team members like team members shift change or arrange availability of team members whenever needed.

• Implemented Branching concept with TFS for maintains codebase for multiple environment and Hotfix release
• Implemented SonarQube to reduce Technical Debt(Code Smells, Vulnerabilities and Security Hotspots) of Project and code security.
