I'm a software developer. I primarily work on web applications. I participate in every part of the development process:

• analysis and discovery,
• system architecture and design,
• development,
• project management, and
• mentoring/training/building standards.

I tend to be the glue that binds the team and builds the tools to make the process more efficient and enjoyable.
