I have a windows 10 tablet that I reset and then it went back to windows 10 1511. Now I want to update it to 1803. I don't want to get the latest version (1909 as of the moment). That's because I'm testing our software for compatibility with 1803. I need to make sure our app will run smoothly on 1803.
How can I do that?
