How to open Mac Keynote presentations on Ubuntu? Can it be imported to Impress?

Create an iCloud account (https://www.icloud.com). Its free. Upload the keynote presentation. Once uploaded, you can click on the file and "download a copy" the file as either a PDF, PPT. or a key file.

There is an online conversion service at http://www.zamzar.com/ (assuming that your file does not contain confidential information ...)

As of 2025, current versions of LibreOffice Impress will attempt to open .key files. If you need fidelity to the point of perfection with formatting, etc. then LibreOffice is suboptimal. However, if you're mainly trying to get the content and formatting and layout aren't essential, Impress likely will do the job.
