Is there any legal source where I can download a specific version of Windows 10? I have a purchased key, but for my case I need to test some hardware/software configuration specifics and I need Windows 10 version 1803. Where can I download it?

The official/legitimate way:

Login to https://my.visualstudio.com/ as your MSDN licensed user. Navigate to Windows 10 from the downloads page, and then use the 'FILTER BY PRODUCT FAMILY' list to filter for Windows 10, version 1803. You then have the option to download many different editions. Examples below
