I am using Windows 11 Pro. The Shift+R key is not working but when the Caps Lock is turned on, it works fine. I have already tried the solutions mentioned in Shift+S and Shift+R not working, but the problem still persists.
However, the Shift key works fine with all other keys except R. How can I solve this issue?

Think I found the origin. In Windows 11, can you try to open "Game Bar" > Settings and you will find there's a shortcut as "Shift + R" for start/stop recording. If you remove this shortcut and save the changes, now you will be able to use Shift + r as you were used! Hope it helps!

- Use an external USB keyboard to prove that it is not a hardware issue. If it is, replacing a keyboard is often easy and inexpensive.
- 1.Do you use AutoHotkey, Clavier+ or similar keyboard macro app, which might be "stealing" the key press before the system sees it? Turn off the app to test. If that is the issue, remove ShiftR from the intercept list.
- Do you use another keyboard layout that might use that key combo for diacritics? If so, switch layouts.
