I have the old Steam Link hardware device connected to my living room TV which I use to cast games from my Steam Deck. Until very recently (last few days) this worked brilliantly. Now when I cast games I don't get any audio at all.
When used on its own, the Steam Deck audio works fine. I am also getting audio when I navigate the menus on the Steam Link, before starting the stream.
However when I cast either a game or the desktop from the Steam Deck there is no audio at all. I've tried all the options I can find on both the Steam Link and the Steam Deck with no luck. I've also swapped out the HDMI cable, just to be on the safe side.
I appreciate that this is a bit of a rare setup but does anyone have any suggestions?
