Is there a way to make context menu appear right above the button I click?

This is the default behavior of Windows. In Settings > Personalization > Taskbar, under Taskbar Behaviors, you have set Combine Taskbar buttons and hide labels to Never. You'll note that the context menu shows over the middle of the set of icons of the application whose icon you are right-clicking on. If you only have a single, or a few, applications windows open the context menu will show pretty much directly over the item you've right-clicked on, but if you have several icons, as your screenshot shows, this menu will show over the middle of that collection.

The modern Windows UI is not very customizable. There is not a default or built-in method of changing this behavior if you keep these settings.

If you are willing to change the Combine Taskbar buttons and hide labels setting to Always, the context menu will always show immediately over the entry you've clicked on, because there will only ever be one button for each application, with the individual application windows collapsed under that single button.
