I've tried Autohotkeys but it only works outside of Genshin. X-mouse button control can't map a key to a mouse function. To be clear I only want to remap the Middle Mouse Button Click
Sorry I wasn't being more clear but methods such as Auto hot key doesn't override the keybindings of Genshin impact, even if I were to use the " ` " key for example to do the function of a middle mouse click, it would work on browsers, the home screen and such but in Genshin Impact it doesn't work, it would simply not respond, how ever X mouse button control actually overrides the games keybinds (which I cannot change) but It can't map the middle mouse click function to a key but rather another mouse button which I want to use for other things like sprinting or attacking, I've tried other mouse button remapping programs but they don't seem to work in Genshin Impact , however they do work on Minecraft weirdly enough but the problem lies in Genshin.
