I thought my PC froze so I rebooted, but seems like it was just all my USB that stopped working.

If I reboot I am just stuck on the login screen, but cant do anything, but the clock keeps ticking, so its "alive"

Mouse and keyboard works in BIOS, but I tried other ports directly in the pc, in the front, in my monitors KVM switch, but nothing works in Windows.

My Windows Hello camera isn't recognized either or any usb drives I try to add.

But as said if I go to BIOS I can see those drives and the keyboard and mouse works.

Check if the fault is in the Windows OS on the main drive: boot from another OS on alternate media, e.g., Hirens' BootCD USB or Ubuntu Live on USB, which is quick to do. If either works, and USB ports are OK, then concentrate on two things:

  • The main drive (SSD or HDD) could be bad. Either alternate OS above has drive tools to examine the state of the drive and check its S.M.A.R.T. diagnostics. If it's bad, make a copy of it to salvage data, get data from the copy, and install Windows on a new drive.

  • If the drive is OK, then fix Windows.

    • If you can start in Safe Mode, use DISM and SFC to try to repair Windows.
    • If Safe Mode doesn't work, then you'll need to reinstall Windows either from the PC's repair media, or from the Microsoft ISO.
