So now i'm using dual boost to use both Windows and Linux. I config them use the same time zone for Vietnam. But when starting up Windows my time zone is like. I think they get it from the default UTC and not from the Hanoi time zone but why it shows that like it is correct.
After sync, it turned to this (the correct one)
So from what is saw, i can conclude that, Windows does not automatically check time zone at startup and even though my Windows and Linux both have the same timezone but why Windows acting weird.
