How do I delete all my browsing data, including data from other websites, all devices, Chrome, Google, other browsers, and apps, so it can't be recovered?
If I delete the DNS will it do this?
What would be the potential consequences of doing this?

The only secure way is totally destroying the storing device where the browser and the operating system are installed on.
Each browser is different. You'd need to discover *where8 each browser keeps not only its cache of files, but individual profile data, such as URL history, preferences etc. Even uninstalling that browser, alone, will not necessarily delete you profile.
Further, browsers may store your profile in the cloud! If you have a Microsoft login, likely Edge data is stored by Microsoft, not only on your PC.
