Not MiFI, but similar?

Question

I already have MiFI but due to some reasons that I can't explain, WiFi isn't good enough for me, I need to connect via RJ45. So I'm wondering if there is any device that takes my 3G enabled SIM and allows me to use a LAN/RJ45 connection?

I've used devices before that do exactly this, however all the ones that I can find require you to get a router and USB modem separately. I know that CradlePoint makes some, however you'll have to buy a USB 3G modem (~$50) to go with one.

This will take a 3G SIM and you can connect a RJ45 Ethernet Cable.
