turn off messages for Security and Maintenance (Action Center) items in windows 10 ? i found \Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Security and Maintenance\ChecksRegistry key of that. anybody knows how change this kays for disabling all of checks and what is mean of values in this keys?

I've been looking for an automated solution to disable the Firewall notifications for over 6 months using the registry (because Win10 Home doesn't have Group Policy), that I lost all hope in Win10 and it's developers.

To disable the Firewall notifications, I used string: Disable Security and Maintenance Notifications

HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Notifications\Settings\Windows.SystemToast.SecurityAndMaintenance\Enabled = 0 (DWORD)

I feel you... here is a solution that worked for me:

What i did was removing the check from all the check-boxes, so it looks like this:

Then, I browsed in the registry using regedit.exe to this key point:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Security and Maintenance\Checks

(I personally use O&O RegEditor, so I can just paste the regedit path and I can work quickly)

Then I right-clicked on the "Checks" key and I exported it to desktop as a .Reg File (i called it AllChecksOff.Reg but you can call it how you want)

Since I need an automated script I converted the saved .Reg file into a .Bat File with the freeware Sordum Reg Converter.

I've also converted the .BAT into an .EXE so I can launch it with administrator rights without any problem. (I used bat2exe converter)

Then I had a fully functional little exe file I could launch whenever I want

The only problem is it is compatible ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY for your computer and ONLY for the current user ... :C

The problem is that the binary data is written differently on every computer and there is no way to interpret it...
