Windows 10 Version 1511 (build 10586.xxx) was released on 12 November 2015 and you can get it through Windows Update.

Support for Version 1511 has ended on on October 10, 2017, so update to a newer and supported Version 1607, 1703 or 1703 to get security updates.

Windows 10 version 1511 will reach end of service on October 10, 2017.
