I'm the AVP of DevSecOps for a life insurance company. In my previous life I was the founder and editor-in-chief of MobileBurn.com.

As a developer I focused mostly on JavaScript projects using React and Node.js, and earlier Angular. I used to spend a lot of time with Java/Groovy, but I stopped working in that space long ago.

For fun, I like working on Arduino and similar micro-controllers for robotics projects as well as generic "maker" stuff. I also make scales (handles) and other accessories for pocket knives using 3D printers.
