As an engineering manager with a decade of software development experience, I lead team of engineers in a cross-functional team focused on solving payments and logistics challenges. My approach is to trust and empower my team to make the best decisions for our business. When they have enough context they can take the lead and ship new features faster to our customers. I'm working closely with our Head of Product, Product Manager, and Designer to identify and prioritise most impactful areas for development.

While I focus on leadership, I still remain hands-on and utilise my prior knowledge in analytics, backend development and cloud services to ensure our team is having direct customers impact in sustainable way. My background in fintech, e-commerce, and accounting has given me deep domain knowledge that informs my work today.
