I have worked in computer tech support since 2001, doing mainly telephone helpdesk support. I have also done courses on Windows Server 2003 and 2008, as well as NT 4.0 in the past. I have experience in building and upgrading Windows machines, OS installation, multi-boot systems, and hardware/software troubleshooting.

I do digital photography, video and some video rendering. Hobbies: traveling, houseplants, music -playing piano and singing, sci-fi, writing poetry and stories, world affairs and politics.
