Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 ml) vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk
- ¼ cup (60 ml) half & half
- 2 ½ tablespoons (35 g) sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
Procedure
- Pour the milk, ice cream, and half & half in a blender and partially blend.
- Add the sugar and flavoring, and blend until thoroughly mixed.
