I've been hoping to bring Matt here for quite sometime now (that says something!). In my view he is almost the ideal admin. He interacts with folk in a very positive way. He deals with the boring tasks like tagging and cleaning happily. He picks up on stray queries and helps where he can and he patrols RC.
