Borrowed from Carpathian Rusyn нїчом (njičom), from нїчо́му (njičómu). Compare Ukrainian нічо́му (ničómu). By surface analysis, нї- (nji-) + чом (čom) or a syncopic form of нїчому (njičomu), from нїч (njič).
