(Biblical Hebrew) young sprout or shoot from the earth, sapling, tender grass

  בֹּקֶר לֹא עָבוֹת מִנֹּגַהּ מִמָּטָר דֶּשֶׁא מֵאָרֶץ׃
  A morning without clouds; When through clear shining after rain, the tender grass springeth out of the earth.
