יַיִן • (yáyin) m (plural indefinite יֵינוֹת, singular construct יֵין־, plural construct יֵינֵי־) [pattern: קֶטֶל]

1. wine (an alcoholic beverage made by fermenting grape juice, with an ABV ranging from 5.5–16%)

   אני אוהב יינות אדומים ואחי מעדיף יינות לבנים.

   aní ohév yeinót adumím v'akhí ma'adíf yeinót l'vaním.

   I love red wines and my brother prefers white wines.
