מְצוֹרָע • (m'tsorám (plural indefinite מְצוֹרָעִים, feminine counterpart מְצוֹרַעַת)

  1. A person afflicted with tzaraath; a leper.
    • Tanach, Leviticus 14:2, with translation of the Jewish Publication Society:
      זֹאת תִּהְיֶה תּוֹרַת הַמְּצֹרָע בְּיוֹם טָהֳרָתוֹ וְהוּבָא אֶל הַכֹּהֵן
      This shall be the law of the leper in the day of his cleansing: he shall be brought unto the priest.
